The system has the same basis with the Extended Power Induction system as it consists of two converters one for melting and the other for holding purpose and two furnaces. While melting on a furnace at the same time it can give holding power the second furnace in order to keep the molten metal at stable temperature and increase the productivity.

The advantages of MELT & HOLD system,

1. Investment coast is more economic then Dual inverter systems such as; Dual Track and Twin Power
2. Since melting power applied to furnaces is %100, therefore melting rate is approximately %10 higher then other systems. For instance in 6 ton furnace your surplus melts is 20 tons Per day in 3 shifts.
3. Two independent converter increase the security. Even holding converter is out of order, you can continue with melting converter, or if melting converter is out of order you can finish casting process without metal losses.
